| dc.description.abstract | Discusses the programme of a meeting of the Council of the IFLA Public Library Section (PLS) which was held in February 1996 in Solun, Greece. The meeting focused on the proposed changes of the IFLA structure, the work of the PLS and membership matters. Outlines also the programme of the Greek Library Association Conference which was held from 1 - 3 March 1996 and which was attended by the members of the Council of the PLS. The Conference was devoted to topical issues of public librarianship both in Greece and worldwide. | en |
