| dc.description | A black and white postcard size 9cm X 14cm addressed to Miss Zoe Pangalou, 59 Mavromichalis Str. Athens, Greece with the following inscription: «Και εγώ αγαπητή μου Ζωή, πάντοτε σ’ ενθυμούμαι κ’ σ’ επεθύμησα πολύ. Πότε άραγε θα σ’ επαναδώ, ως κ’ όλας τας προσφιλείς μου συμμαθητρίας. Σου γραφεί ενίοτε η Φάνη; Εις εμε καθόλου παρά μόνον μιαν φοράν. Αν την ιδής εις Κηφισιάν, είπε της ότι έχω πολλά παράπονα, διότι πολύ γρήγορα μ’ ελησμόνισε. Περιμένω εκτενή επιστολήν σου. Σε φιλώ γλυκά Ευρυδίκη». The Postcard is divided in two. At the top there is a black and white view of Famagusta harbour, St Nicholas Cathedral and St George of the Latins Cathedral. At the bottom left there is a view of St. Sophia Mosque of Mağusa (St. Nicholas Cathedral)-turned into a mosque by the Ottomans in 1571.
