Users Interaction with various wellestablished
tools of documentation retrieval and
the influence from each tool to the other ones have
contributed in the creation of some search culture
which is shared between the design assumptions
(existing behind) of search interfaces and the user
skills. The purpose of this work is to exploit the
hidden design assumptions of the user interfaces in
order to define search scenarios that combine
concrete features for specific retrieval. One such
interesting application case is the definition of
scenarios for finding the citations that a
researcher has got, excluding self citations
