| dc.description.abstract | The article discusses the theoretical and practical principles of the methodology and the criteria used for the evaluation of paper conservation treatments. A method for the accelerated aging of the samples is employed in most of the cases to demonstrate the future effects of the intervention. The most popular method from the mechanical properties is folding endurance, while from the chemical properties is pH. Colorimetry contributes to the evaluation process. | en |
