Große Pläne trotz schwerer Krise

Abstract

The article describes plans for construction of a national library in Athens, Greece, in spite of the nation's ongoing sovereign debt crisis. A description of the library and its facilities is presented, along with an overview of the reasons why the construction plan is needed to promote education among young Greeks.
